According to the recall, the straps in this booster seat can separate from the seat, posing a hazard to children. About 25,000 of the OXO Nest Booster Seats are in circulation in the United States, and were available for purchase at buy buy Baby, Toys"R"Us, Kohls, other independent stores and Amazon from September 2014 to April 2015.

If you own this model, you should stop using the product immediately, and contact OXO for a free repair kit, that comes with a redesigned safety strap and instructions on how to replace the faulty one.
