Play Ball! Join TRI 102.5 for the Windsor Beavers’ Opening Day on Friday
The Beavers are Windsor’s team in the Centennial State League of collegiate wooden bat baseball, and it’s a blast!
The Windsor Beavers are the reigning 2014 Champions in the Centennial State League, and they begin their 2015 season this Friday (June 5) at 5:30 p.m.! TRI 102.5 will be on the scene to help all the fans have a great time watching collegiate wooden bat baseball! There are several teams in our area, including the Fort Collins Foxes and the Loveland Blue Jays.
The Beavers hold their games at ‘The Beaver Den’, which is Aaron Cook Field at Chimney Park in Windsor. Games are only $6 for adults, $4 for kids, and kids four and under get in for free! They have all sorts of fun during the games, and if you catch three foul balls, you get a prize—so bring your glove!
These guys are good, and national scouts do show up to gauge the talent, so get the family out there for some great baseball and great fun this summer.
Here’s a great video from the league featuring play from the 2014 season:
