Paul and Susan – Susan to Joust [AUDIO]

Getting to know Susan is like peeling an onion whose layers reveal it's not really an onion. When you're peeling an onion, below each layer of onion is more onion. No surprises. With Susan, not so much.

Now, as expected, she is one of the toughest women I've ever met. She takes major falls from her horses that result in intense bruises that even make me cringe, and I'm Captain Bruise.

Regardless of how tough she is, I have to say I was surprised to hear that she'd be taking part in the jousting games at the Long's Peak Scottish Irish Highland Festival. That's a new level of burly.
