The first citizen of Northern Colorado to be born in 2013 wasn't supposed to be born until days later!

NOCO5 reports that Jorja Grace Nelson was actually due on January 4th, but decided to come early.  Her parents went to the hospital on Dec. 31st, but were sent home.  BUT THEN...

...at around midnight, they left their home in Grover, and drove 90 miles to the Medical Center of the Rockies where at 2:26 (Jorja) Grace was born.

The town of Grover doesn't have a hospital, which is why the Nelsons had to drive so far, according to the Lovaland Reporter-Herald.

Welcome to the world, Jorja!
