New Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Restaurant Coming to Fort Collins

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches are a comfort food staple, and a Fort Collins restaurant serving "fancy" grilled cheeses opening soon. According to the Coloradoan, the fast-casual franchise, Tom and Chee is set to open in Fort Collins on April 10. The Cincinnati-based franchise, owned and operated by Fort Collins resident Ryan Neff will be located at 2909 E. Harmony Rd. Neff also plans on opening several more in the Northern Colorado area. The menu will contain several varieties of tomato soup, as well as different kinds of grilled cheeses that contain turkey, barbecue, bacon and many other creative ingredients.
