Pretty much everyone who isn't a college student would rather live somewhere a little calmer and quieter, where people go to bed at a decent hour, and don't stay up all night partying.  Well, there's a new apartment complex planned for Fort Collins that promises just that.

According to The Coloradoan, a Washington-based developer is thinking about building 153 apartments just North of Front Range Village, that would only be available to residents age 55 and older.

The proposed project, Affinity at Fort Collins, is for "active seniors who are looking for a more sociable lifestyle with affordable amenities," including a saltwater pool, hot tub, movie theater, workshop, fitness center, dog park, raised gardens and detached garages or carports.

This could be just what some Fort Collins residents are looking for.

Would you live in an age-restricted community?
