National Reading/Dr. Seuss Week and ‘The Lorax’ Debuts in Theaters Friday Featuring Zac Efron and Taylor Swift
Some ‘Green Eggs and Ham,’ anyone? This week is National Reading/Dr. Seuss Week and that means a lot of reading in schools across the country to celebrate. Many elementary schools have special reading events planned over the next few days and on Friday, a new Dr. Seuss movie with the familiar voices Taylor Swift and Zac Efron in the animated flick, “The Lorax”.

From the creators of “Despicable Me” comes this animated Dr. Seuss classic. Zac Efron stars as a boy living in a town made of plastic, who goes searching for the last remaining tree, mostly to impress a girl (Taylor Swift.) Along the way he encounters some resistance from the townspeople, and discovers a mythical creature called a Lorax (Danny DeVito.)
