As a great way to encourage teens to keep active during summer break, Miramont Lifestyle Fitness will be offering free memberships at their North and Central gyms, beginning May 31, and lasting through August 15, 2016. Teens must be between the ages of 14 and 17 years old to participate.

Miramont’s goal is to engage, energize, and inspire teens in the community to take part in a healthy and active lifestyle – especially during the summertime, when it's definitely easy fall into lazier ways.

To sign up for free summer membership, teens can stop by either the North or Central location during May 11 – June 15, and must also have a parent or guardian present with them. Those wanting to enroll are required to take part in a one hour teen fitness certification, unless Miramont already has documentation on file showing previous certification from sometime in 2015. Enrollment will be capped at 200 participants.

Teens may use the North and Central clubs during normal business hours, and are permitted to workout for up to two hours daily. Miramont will also be providing teens with access to most of their group exercise classes, including: yoga, kick, Pilates, spinning and more. The Central Club is located at 2211 South College Avenue, and the North Club at 1800 Heath Parkway, both in Fort Collins.
