Andy’s Pipe Dream… a dream come true

Andy Alexander, owner of Andy’s Pipe Dream, grew up in Merriam, Kansas and attended Shawnee Mission North High School.

Andy discovered his passion for plumbing when a high school sweetheart’s father got him his first plumbing job. Since that day Andy has focused on what he believes is the most important characteristic that someone serving others should have: honesty. He believes that you can’t teach someone to be honest. Andy only employs service personnel who are honest. Honest to a fault, in fact.

A Passion for Plumbing

There’s a saying that goes, “you can tell a lot about a person by the friends they keep”. The fact that Andy Alexander has had the same best friend since he was 3 years old says that this is a person who values relationships, both old and new.

If Andy’s Pipe Dream has one goal it is this: to help people. It is a value he was taught a very long time ago. He knows that if he helps people, everything else will take care of itself.

A Passion for Life

Andy Alexander does have a passion for plumbing. He has a passion for being outdoors. He and his family enjoy hiking and exploring and being together outside. One of Andy’s lifelong dreams was to spend some significant time in Colorado. As a business man Andy has always done the right thing by his clients. This characteristic has enabled him to live out his dream of living with his family in Colorado.
