Maybe The Cover Of The Book Does Matter

We've all heard the expression, 'Don't judge a book by its cover.' Well, I would like to have that changed to, 'There's more to a more to a book than its cover.' Why? Because the cover is important. Sure, there's more to the book than just the cover, but don't be fooled, covers matter. Yours, mine, his, hers, all of them.

First impressions, perception, image. They are real, and have a profound impact on what others think of us and our organization. The smallest details matter. Create a masterpiece, only to skimp on the cover, and you may never be picked up off the shelf.

And yes, beauty is only skin deep (and it matters too.)
