Man Who Dumped Dog in Denver Explains Himself

"I gave my dog a choice if he wanted to be with me..."Are you kidding me? This idiot was caught twice trying to ditch his dog at a Denver animal shelter all during the same day! He went in to surrender the dog and then ran when the paperwork came out. When he ran his dog followed in pursuit and may have even been hit. He then took the dog back to the same place and left and this time the dog chased him down the street.

Well I didn't ditch him. I actually dropped my dog off at the shelter where I did pick him up at.  I actually gave my dog a choice if he wanted to be with me or possibly find an owner he might feel better with."

 

He then says that he drove to L.A. with the dog, where the dog jumped out of the vehicle at a gas station. I don't buy it.
