A 34-year-old man who was killed in a head-on crash with a semi Sunday night along I-25 north of Fort Collins has been identified.  34-year-old Sherman Hamlin of Wellington died at the scene. He was a back seat passenger in the car.

According to the Coloradoan, the driver, 52-year-old Danny Spencer of Timnath, was taken to Medical Center of the Rockies, where he was treated and released. Passenger Monty Godec of Wellington, was transported to PVH in Fort Collins and remains in serious condition.

The crash shut down southbound Interstate 25 near the Anheuser Busch brewery. It was opened 3 1/2 hours later.
