Loveland’s ‘Great Golf Ball Drop’! Your Chance at $500!

Loveland’s annual ‘Golf Ball Drop‘ is coming up this August-at Cattail Creek Golf Course! If you’re the lucky one, you could win $500!

Loveland Youth and High School golf programs will benefit from Loveland’s 2012 ‘Great Golf Ball Drop!” It’ll be August 18th at Cattail Creek Golf Course.   At 6:30pm that night, a hovering helicopter will drop hundreds of golf balls onto the green of the yet to be announced hole at the course.  The balls will be numbered- those numbers will correlate to the names of people who have purchased the balls.

Golf Ball Drop balls can be “purchased” at any of the Loveland pro shops or from any Loveland area high school golf team member.

The first ball to make it to the bottom of the cup on that given hole will make the owner of that ball $500 richer!  Other balls that go into the hole on top of the first ball, will receive $25 ‘nice try’ pay-outs.  Balls are $5 each, benefiting Loveland Jr. Golf, LPGA Girls Golf, and the local high schools’ boys and girls golf  teams. You don’t have to present that night to win!
