Loveland Plants 300 Tulip Bulbs to Remember Flood Victims

Loveland Parks and Rec planted 300 tulip bulbs at the library yesterday in remembrance of the flood victims. When they bloom in April, they’ll come up red with yellow, Patty Goodwine’s  favorites. Goodwine worked at the Loveland Public Library for more than 30 years.  She and Evelyn Starner both lived in Cedar Cove and died in last months flood.
