Lots of ‘Bachelor’ Specials Planned for ‘Juan-uary’
Jan. 6 marks the beginning of the rose-filled journey of ABC's brand-new bachelor, Juan Pablo, and they're kicking off the 18th season of the reality show with a handful of specials.
They're starting things with a one-hour special on Jan. 5 called 'The Bachelor: Countdown to Juan Pablo,' which will introduce viewers to the show's newest hunk looking for love and his family, and it will give a preview of this season's casting.
It is "Juan-uary," after all!
Things will continue the following Sunday (Jan. 12) with 'The Bachelor: Behind the Scenes,' with the hopefuls moving in after the first Rose Ceremony and a look at Juan Pablo as he gets ready for his very first one-on-one date.
Then ABC will move programming away from Juan for a little bit with 'The Bachelor: Bachelor Love Stories' focusing on lovey dovey stories of couples on the series who actually made it.
There will also be a vow renewal for Trista and Ryan Sutter, who are celebrating their 10-year anniversary after getting together on the first season of 'The Bachelorette.'
This will all set up for the upcoming televised wedding between Sean Lowe ('Bachelor,' season 17) and his fiance, Catherine Giudici, which will air on Jan. 26.
Phew, that's a lot of 'Bachelor'-goodness.
