It's always amazing to see what people can create with Lego bricks! Going in Denver, you can check out how this group depicts the Centennial State with them! A few years back I was amazed at how an artist in Loveland recreated the city's iconic structures and places in Lego bricks.  These folks have taken that idea to the next level - COLORADO depicted in Lego bricks!

The Colorado/Wyoming Lego Users Group (COWLUG) date back to 2002. They are a group made up of about 100 people who enjoy making things out of the Lego bricks. Their latest endeavor is an exhibit at the History Colorado Center (formerly the Colorado History Museum) - it's called LEGO-Rado.

It's got to be big- Colorado is huge!  Looking at some of the photos you can see buffaloes, Downtown Denver, kayakers on a waterfall, even Casa Bonita!  What makes it even more fun, is that the public is encouraged to give it a shot themselves!

The exhibit goes through Labor Day (Sept 3, 2018). They're open every day 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. You may want to plan your visit to be on August 1, 2018, which is Colorado Day and everyone gets in free!
