I have never enjoyed exercise. It's always hard for me to commit to. This time is different. I'm so motivated to feel my best and be strong. These workouts are quick and super intense.
Benchmark Medical Group in Windsor has cutting edge equipment and trainers that I have the privilege of working with several times a week, but when I can't be there, I do one of the HIIT (high-intensity interval training) videos on YouTube in my living room.  These workouts can take less than 20 minutes. Cheers to being strong!!
