July is all about grilling during National Grilling Month. With the Fourth of July on Wednesday, a lot of people will be grilling to celebrate, I'm sure. I saw this recipe on a friends Facebook page and had to try it. Boneless Pork Chops marinated all night in apple juice and ginger and grilled pineapple, are you hungry yet?

I like simple grilling and simple recipes, so if I can make this, I know you can.

Apple Ginger Pork Chops With Grilled Pineapple Slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pack of boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 bottle of your favortie Apple Juice
  • 1 can of sliced Pineapple cirlcles
  • Ginger (the ground spice)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Marinate the pork chops in a large freezer bag with the apple juice and ginger and salt and pepper if you wish. I like to marinate for at least 24 hours, but a couple hours usually works too.

Grill the pork chops on medium heat and throw the sliced pineapple on the other side of the grill, turn both over frequently and grill to taste.

I like steamed carrots with butter and ginger as a side or green beans with onions and bacon.

Enjoy, and happy National Grilling Month!
