I don't know if I can hide my excitement, but several restaurants may have plans to open shops in Colorado, including In-N-Out and White Castle. According to I'm From Denver and Wallet Hub, these eating destinations may first be opening in Denver, with plans to spread across the state. I'm just wondering if the legalization of recreational marijuana has had anything to do with the spread of these restaurants to Colorado?

For some time, Colorado residents have anticipated the opening of an In-N-Out Burger. The California burger chain is one of the most popular in the country, while only having locations in a few states. White Castle is one of my favorite places to eat when I go back east. Spending much of my childhood in New York, I'm really excited about wrapping my mouth around some of their sliders. Being the basis for one of the most popular stoner movies in the past decade, it would not be surprising that the company would be making plans to make its way to Colorado.

Two of the next three on the list are locations that I'm familiar with, however, I have never visited. The first is Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles. Known as one of the best Chicken places in the country, I know a lot of people that love their signature combination. Skyline Chili... chili, chili and more chili. This is a go-to destination everywhere they are. Getting their start in Ohio, I'm looking forward to trying their coney. Finally, the one location that I haven't heard of; however, when I mentioned Papa Ginos Pizza to a friend from the New England area he lost his mind.

As more news comes out about these locations possibly opening stores in Colorado, we will let you know. But starting now, I'm counting down the days until I have an Animal Style Double Double in the Rocky Mountain region.
