One of Denver's most anticipated holiday events is coming back for the 2016 season to bring holiday cheer and kick off the new year.

People of all ages can experience animal encounters, visits with Santa, and illuminated animal sculptures swinging through the trees December 2 through January 1 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Denver Zoo for Zoo Lights 2016.

Value Night admission fees will help save you money, but are on less-popular viewing nights (fewer crowds - YAY!). To see Zoo Lights on December 2-15, prices are as follows for non-members:

  • Adults (ages 12-64) $13
  • Children (ages 3-11) $9
  • Seniors (ages 65+) $11

Peak Night admission fees jump up to these prices if you plan on going to Zoo Lights on December 16 - January 1 for non-members:

  • Adults (ages 12-64) $17
  • Children (ages 3-11) $12
  • Seniors (ages 65+) $14
