If You Bought This Product , It Could've Caused Your Illness

According to a recent press release sent out by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, they are currently working with out western states and the CDC to investigate illnesses that could be caused from chicken salad bought at Costco.

The allegedly contaminated chicken salad was sold at Costco stores at the end of October.

The release states that consumers who bought "Chicken Salad made with Rotisserie Chicken" with the item number 37719 should discard the item.

Four cases of E. Coli have been confirmed in the state of Colorado, with two of them confirmed in Jefferson County. The individuals purchased the product between October 25th - October 26th and became ill between October 28th and November 3rd.

Officials are working with Costco to find the cause of the contamination. Utah, Montana, and Washington have also confirmed cases in their states.
