I-25 CLOSED at Highway 392 Windsor Exit

SB I-25 is now open at Hwy 392 following accident clean up. Expect heavy traffic throughout the area.

An accident involving two trucks has shut down Southbound I-25 at Windsor, according to The Coloradoan.

Emergency radio communications indicate two “box-type” trucks collided near mile marker 258, seriously injuring at least one occupant and trapping another. Crews continued to extricate one patient, and a third was reported as being a “code green,” meaning there were non-life-threatening injuries.

As of now, CDOT has no estimate of when the highway will reopen.
