I'm not the best cook.  Thank goodness I married a culinary goddess.  Maybe I can learn a thing or two at the upcoming "Taste of Home" Cooking School; but until then, I'll have to try out this trick for cooking meat!

I had heard there was a way to compare the texture of the meat to the feel of one's own hand, but it never made sense to me...until now!

Seems legit to me!  Have you tried this?  Does it work?
