How to Make Your Own Space-Saving Paper Towel Dispenser

I had a tiny dorm room in college.  Even nowadays, the space I share with my wife and our dog is limited, to say the least.  So when I find a new trick for saving space (and money), you can bet I jump on it!

Who knew that all it took to make a paper towel dispenser was a couple brackets and a bungie cord?  And it doesn't take up any counter space!
