How to Make Your Own Outdoor Christmas Decorations

Why buy the same light-up Santa for the front porch that everyone else has, when you could spend a fraction of the money and line your patio with beautiful, unique decorations of your own?

I looked it up, and tomato cages cost about four bucks, tops.  Just grab a few, wrap them up in Christmas lights, and voila!  Griswolds, eat your hearts out!
