How to Make the Perfect Ice Cream Sandwich

Growing up, my favorite dessert by far was ice cream sandwiches.  My sweet tooth has branched out quite a bit in my adult years, but I still come back around to "old reliable" sometimes.  Maybe that's why this find made my heart skip a beat...!

This is brilliant because you can combine any cookies and ice cream you wish, meaning everyone can find their own perfect ice cream sandwich.  Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the store for cookies and ice cream!
