How to Make a Mini-Roll of Duct Tape to Carry Around for Emergencies

You never know when you might need some duct tape.  Back when I worked in retail, my belt broke in the middle of my shift; and I had no way to mend it!  Just a little bit of duct tape would have saved me a lot of embarrassment that day.

There have been plenty of other times when I've wished for a little duct tape.  But who wants to carry around a huge roll of the stuff everywhere they go?  Nobody, that's who!
