My mom used to make tacos almost every Friday night.  It made Friday the best day of the week, by far.  Still, I never figured out a way to keep my taco shells from crumbling after the first bite.  After that, my tacos may as well have been a taco salad, because I had to eat them with a fork.  Then I discovered this...

Of course, as as kid, this wouldn't have worked for me, since I had a natural aversion to any food that was green.  But these days, I'm actually quite fond of lettuce, so this is genius!
