I don't know if I'd call myself a hot sauce enthusiast...oh wait, I call myself that all the time!

Much like my father before me, I love spicy things.  I haven't quite reached the same level as my dad (who puts ghost peppers in his homemade chili), but I'm close.

But because I'm a little OCD, I like my hot sauce to be evenly distributed over my entire meal.  If one bite is going to be spicy, all of them need to be spicy!  So I'm definitely going to try this trick on my next bottle of hot sauce...
