How Did the Walkman Come to Be? [VIDEO]

My mom had an old Walkman I used to wear while cutting the lawn in the summertime. (To be honest, I could never really hear it over the mower, but I sure felt cool!)  So I got pretty nostalgic when I found this video showing how the iconic music player came to be.

Yes I'm a huge tech nerd, and I usually focus on cutting-edge stuff; but this video is still really interesting.  At least, I think so... :)
