Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins to Add New Buildings on the South Bay
As part of the 2007 Larimer County Parks Master Plan, a few new buildings will be put up at South Bay of Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins.
They will include an administrative building and maintenance building. The county is holding an open house to show the proposed location and draft design concepts.
The pavilion that serves the South Bay is already a great place to hang out. If you have spent any time at Horsetooth on a weekend, you know how busy the place can be, with boaters and people along the shore. It's one of America's most popular parks, so it's not surprising that it needs facility improvements.
