Homeless Mom from CO Reunited with Son After She was Found in Florida [VIDEO]

In this incredible story about the power of the internet, a man was reunited with his homeless mother who had disappeared from Colorado years ago.

She was found with the help of a man in Florida who champions an effort called 'Homeless Lives Matter'. As you can see in the video, the Denver man had no idea where his mom was, but thanks to the interconnected nature of today's society, was able to identify her from a photograph, and to fly to meet her and take her home!
