It's one of my favorite days, Napping Day! Do you get to nap very much? Most of us wish we could nap more I think. In the United States most of us are becoming more and more sleep deprived. Did you know that a short 20 to 30 minute nap can help us improve our mood, alertness and our performance, according to the Sleep Foundation?

So where is the best place for a nap?

As a nation, the United States appears to be becoming more and more sleep deprived. And it may be our busy lifestyle that keeps us from napping. While naps do not necessarily make up for inadequate or poor quality nighttime sleep, a short nap of 20-30 minutes can help to improve mood, alertness and performance.
