Sam The Cooking Guy Has Grilling Tips For Memorial Day [INTERVIEW]

Memorial Day!!! The ultimate grilling holiday (until the 4th and Labor Day).  Yes, my friends, it is OFFICIALLY that time.

I was so happy to interview Sam the Cooking Guy about his new book Just Grill This. His enthusiasm for the grill is contagious, so be prepared to start looking with more interest at propane filling stations, and dreaming dreams of the smell of charcoal and lighter fluid.
