It's time for another chapter in the exciting tale of legal marijuana in Colorado.  This time, it's about taxes.  And some opponents of an upcoming proposition protested by (you guessed it) giving away free joints.

The full 9-News coverage is below; but essentially, the story is this:  There's a proposition in the next election that would tax recreational marijuana sales by up to 30%.  Supporters say the extra money will go straight back to improving the state's infrastructure.  Opponents say taxing pot that much will make it too expensive, which will drive customers to the black market.
