Northern Colorado's own Poudre School District has once again proven how amazing it is, as four of its schools have been named Healthy School Champions!

On April 17, the Colorado Legacy Foundation will honor Bauder Elementary, Beattie Elementary, Wellington Middle School and Fossil Ridge High School, along with 39 other Colorado schools. Bauder and Beattie will receive $2,500; Wellington and Fossil will be awarded $300.

The Coloradoan reports the schools are being recognized for their cooking classes, school gardens, and breakfast campaigns.  Way to go, PSD!
