In an article in the Coloradoan it seems that the City of Fort Collins has two new right turn lanes planned.

The intersections that will see the new turn lanes include Timberline and Prospects Roads as well as Shields Street and Drake Road.

The new turn lanes should be in place by next year.

Both intersections have had multiple accidents in the past with each recording 32 crashes with six to eight injuries related to those crashes. The changes are expected to reduce accident incidents by 30 percent overall.
