Fort Collins Resident Helps Raise $10K on Ellen for Cancer Research [VIDEO]

It's one thing to get to see Ellen live, but one Fort Collins resident got to go up on stage and help raise some money for breast cancer research. Gina Hand was called up on stage by Ellen to participate in a game called "I Whip My Head Back and Forth." In the game, Gina had to put a stocking over her head with a ball at the end. She then had to whip her head around to knock down as many targets as she could, to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Well, Gina didn't do to well, only knocking down 3 targets, for $3K. But Ellens generosity took over, with her saying that averaged out to $10K that they would be donating. Gina didn't walk away empty handed either, with Ellen awarding her a $500 Visa gift card for being a good sport.
