Fort Collins Cracking Down on Drivers ‘Rollin Coal’ [VIDEO]

You've probably seen drivers in Northern Colorado "Rollin Coal", or shooting a black cloud from their exhaust. Fort Collins will be cracking down on those who do it for the sole purpose of being rude or mean to other drivers.

As the Denver Channel reported, if you are "Rollin Coal" you may just have a $100 fine and a 5 point ticket with your name on it.
