Former Windsor Middle School principal Doug Englert has been offered a plea agreement after being arrested in November for allegedly assaulting his wife during an argument. According to the Greeley Tribune, the details of the plea agreement were not discussed, but Englert will have until April 15th to accept or deny the offer.
