Update 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 26: Due to the past few days of rain, water levels along the Poudre River are rising and are quickly approaching flood stage. A flood advisory has been issued for Larimer County through this evening. A flood watch is in effect in Weld County until Wednesday morning, May 28. Multiple roadways in Windsor are closed due to flooding. 

Update 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24: More rain is expected tonight. Although the severity of the weather system is less than that which went through Northern Colorado yesterday, the chance of flooding has increased. Larimer County and Weld County are under flash flood watch and flood advisories through at least tonight.

Rivers in both Larimer and Weld County, as well as Boulder County, have the greatest potential to reach flood stage. However, a flash flood watch has also been issued for the counties of Denver, Adams, Broomfield, Douglas, Jefferson and Arapahoe.

Update 9:20 p.m.: Weld County has now been issued a flash flood warning. This is an increase from earlier when the area was given a flood advisory. Larimer County is also still under a flash flood warning.

Additionally, Custer County, El Paso County, Fremont County, Pueblo County and Teller County are still under flash flood warnings.

A flash flood warning has been issued for Larimer County, in addition to a handful of other counties outside of the Northern Colorado area. Additionally a flood advisory has been announced for Weld County.

According to the Denver Channel, there are reports coming out of Loveland that someone saw "6 inches of water flowing out of topped off ditches and over roads west of Campion near Lonetree Reservoir in southeast Larimer County."

It is also being reported that the Poudre River in Fort Collins is being monitored for possible flash flooding.

Flash flood warnings have also been issued in Boulder County and El Paso County.

Adams County, Arapahoe County, Denver County and Douglas County have flood advisories as well.

The warnings and advisories are in effect until late into the night tonight, Friday, May 23.
