Figure Skater From Greeley Wins Junior Pairs Title at U.S. Championships

A 16-year-old figure skater from Greeley won the junior pairs title at the 2017 U.S. Figure Skating Championships on Thursday night in Kansas City, Mo.

According to the Greeley Tribune:

Nica Digerness and her partner, Danny Neudecker, won despite falling twice. Nica was raised in Greeley, but lives in Colorado Springs now, where she and her partner train.

Up next for the pair is the World Junior Figure Skating Championships starting March 15 in Chinese Taipei.
