Let's start at the bar. It will feature Colorado craft brews and cocktails made from local liquors and a wine list that will boast 40 to 50 different wines.

The restaurant will capitalize on the popular farm-to-table movement and, according to The Coloradoan will have a 60-seat outdoor patio. Matt Smith, who is the Executive Chef at Loveland's Door 222, will oversee Locality. Dishes will focus on using local ingredients.

What is the Farm-to-Table movement?

It refers to producing food locally and delivering that food to local consumers. The farm-to-table movement has strong advocates in initiatives surrounding organic farming, sustainable agriculture, and community-supported agriculture.

The increase in popularity in the farm-to-table initiative is attributed to the public backlash surrounding GMOs (genetically modified organisms) in our food.
