A bloody, dirty, battered Kent State shirt?

Really?

There may be some staff and faculty that experience unpleasant flashbacks if they see students strolling the Ohio campus in this.

Urban Outfitters has (or had, it seems to have sold out) a women's shirt on sale that hearkens back to a very unpleasant event in America's history. On May 4, 1970, four people were killed in a clash between the military and students protesting the Vietnam War. Nine others were injured.

The casualty count, compared to the actual war (and other wars) was low, but the fact that it happened on a peaceful Ohio college campus sent the nation into an uproar.

Chalk this fashion risk up as one of the worst ideas ever, but it has sold out.

According to People.com, the item rapidly sold out after it was shared by Buzzfeed.com
