I never thought I'd ever put peanut butter and cheese in the same sentence, let alone in the same sandwich.  I guess this is just proof that you never know what life's gonna throw at you!

Last week, Charley Barnes (a fellow radio DJ at one of our sister stations) insisted that grilled peanut butter and cheese is one of the best sandwiches ever.  Needless to say, the rest of us laughed at him.  So he said out to make us all understand the beauty of this unusual sandwich concoction; and today, he made grilled peanut butter and cheese sandwiches for anyone who wanted one.  I wanted one.  Here's how it went...
