Windsor First United Methodist Church is hosting its Annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 18 from 1pm-4pm at the church, 503 Walnut St., Windsor. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Carnival games, haunted house, a pumpkin and cake walk, as well as a jump castle will be part of the entertainment. Door prizes donated from local businesses will be given away. A costume parade will be held every hour. Donations of non-perishable food products will also be collected for the Windsor Food Pantry.
