Greeley and Weld County, residents are doing something about it, helping their neighbors with a hand up.

On Friday, October 18 from noon to 4:30 p.m., hundreds of volunteers will gather at Island Grove Park in Greeley (North 14th Avenue and D Street) for the third annual Weld Project Connect.

Weld County residents can attend this event and receive free services from over 50 health and human service agencies and community organizations.
