The Town of Platteville would like to invite you to join in this year in celebrating Harvest Daze happening August 16 and August 17. The festivities begin with a parade down Main Street ending at Riverview Park where there will be food, as well as arts and crafts. There will also be entertainment at the park. You can even take a horse and buggy ride over to the Community Center, where there will be a horseshoe tournament, sponsored by the Platteville Gilcrest Fire Protection District. A beer garden and spirits will be available and food will provided by Devil Dogs BBQ. Enjoy live country music by Bob Purcell and the Outriders. The event ends with a big firework display!
