The community is invited to attend a free health fair and wellness expo at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness South Location from 8 a.m. to noon on October 24, 2015. There will be several health activities for both adults and kids, including cholesterol screenings, hearing and vision testing, massages, flu shots, and fitness activities. Also, the UC Health Mammography Bus will be on site charging a small fee for screenings. An insurance card is required for mammograms and flu shots.
