Landlord Education Series Starts October 25

In an effort to support, inform and empower local landlords, the City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services will host a Landlord Education Series.
The series is a two-part class, held four hours each day on consecutive Fridays, designed to help landlords to operate successfully within the complex and ever-changing northern Colorado rental market.
The class will take place on Friday, October 25, 12:45 – 5 p.m. and Friday, November 1, 12:45 – 5 p.m.
The cost for the entire series is $20. To register, payment (cash or check only) can be dropped off or mailed to: Neighborhood Services, 281 N College, Second Floor, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
